The Company has invested in the assets of a leading outsourced anesthesiology practice management company providing services to 15 hospitals under exclusive contract in the Midwest. Anesthesia is a required service for virtually all surgeries, and the outsourced anesthesia model represents a high quality and more efficient option for hospitals. By utilizing its employee-physician model, the Company can cross credential its clinical staff which results in greater flexibility and higher service levels for the Company’s hospital partners. This investment represents a new platform in the attractive outsourced anesthesiology space for The Beekman Group.The Beekman Group’s CEO, John G.
