Investment Team

Mr. Wolf is a Managing Director of TBG. Mr. Wolf has substantial experience in private equity, finance and operations. Mr. Wolf is a member of the Investment Committee and has oversight responsibility for TBG’s sourcing, deal pipeline and investment processes. Mr. Wolf is a member of the Board of Directors of TAM and has been interim-COO since Fund I’s acquisition of the company in November 2009.

Prior to joining TBG in 2006, Mr. Wolf was a Senior Associate with Littlejohn & Co from 1998 to 2001, and at ACG, a family private equity fund, from 2004 until 2006. While at Littlejohn & Co. and ACG, Mr. Wolf reviewed investment opportunities, conducted due diligence, structured and negotiated transactions, monitored portfolio company performance and worked closely with management teams to improve operations. Mr. Wolf served as the Assistant to the CFO of a public company in 2001. Mr. Wolf began his career as a Financial Analyst at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. from 1996 to 1998 and focused on mergers and acquisitions in the food sector.

Mr. Wolf received a Bachelor of Arts in economics, cum laude, from Duke University. Mr. Wolf earned an MBA with honors from the Wharton School of Business.
