Mr. Dobeck is Vice President of Real Estate of TBG. Mr. Dobeck has more than 17 years experience in retail and mixed-use real estate, specializing in leasing, due diligence, valuation, budgeting and environmental remediation. Mr. Dobeck has responsibility for all real estate acquisition due-diligence as well as real estate related initiatives at TBG portfolio companies.

Prior to joining TBG in 2011, Mr. Dobeck was with publicly-traded REIT Acadia Realty Trust from 2004 until 2011 where he was responsible for leasing, asset management and the redevelopment of numerous assets. Prior to Acadia, Mr. Dobeck was an asset manager with private equity group Argent Ventures where he was responsible for the redevelopment of a large mixed-use project. Mr. Dobeck began his career in 1994 at Cleveland-based Forest City Enterprises.

Mr. Dobeck received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Dayton and a Masters in Urban Planning, Design and Development from Cleveland State University’s Levin College of Urban Affairs.
