TBG has been working with Mr. Cannizzaro for the past several years in evaluating healthcare transactions in the lower middle-market.  Mr. Cannizzaro has over 35 years of healthcare operating experience with a focus on outsourced products and services. Most recently, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Medical, a manufacturer and distributor of durable medical equipment. He has held senior operating roles at leading healthcare companies such as Baxter Healthcare Corporation and Caremark International. From 2002 until 2007, Mr. Cannizzaro served as a Healthcare Operating Partner for J.W. Childs Associates on five healthcare transactions including their successful investment in Sheridan Healthcare, the largest provider of anesthesia services in the United States. Mr. Cannizzaro currently serves as TBG’s Industry Partner and a Board member of TBG Anesthesia Holdings, Inc. Mr. Cannizzaro’s specific experience and relationships in the healthcare segment has allowed TBG to position itself as a preferred acquirer to middle-market healthcare companies.
