Mr. Grzymala is a Principal at TBG and is responsible for transaction execution, financial analysis, and portfolio company management. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Ted’s Cafe, Another Broken Egg, Twin Boro Physical Therapy, Condado Tacos, TBG Food Investors and Eclipse Fitness.

Prior to joining TBG in 2019, Mr. Grzymala was an Associate at Goode Partners, a NYC-based middle-market private equity firm focused on the consumer and retail sectors. Prior to Goode, Mr. Grzymala worked at NYC-based private equity firm Altpoint Capital, where he worked on investments in the energy and telecommunications industries. Mr. Grzymala began his career working in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of middle-market investment bank Oppenheimer & Co., where he was a generalist focused on executing M&A and other financial advisory assignments for corporate clients.

Mr. Grzymala holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.
